摘要
当前,我国家族企业又正值从创业到成长、实施管理转型、进行代际传承等战略大调整时期,培育家族企业核心竞争力,是确保家族企业实现可持续发展的关键,也已显得十分重要而紧迫。文章从企业家理念、管理创新、企业文化等方面入手,探讨家族企业核心竞争力的培育问题。
At present, family enterprises are in such big strategic adjustments as from entrepreneurship to growth, a shift in management, inter-generation succession and the like, therefore, nurturing core competence in family enterprises, which is key to their sustainable development, seems very important and somewhat urgent. The paper explores the problem from angles of entrepreneur' s philosophy, managerial innovation, and corporate culture.
