摘要
采用文献资料法、专家访谈法、实证分析法,以几届奥林匹克运动会中志愿者服务过程的数据分析的基础上,探寻奥运会志愿者在奥运会举办过程的行为方式和影响因素,揭示奥运会志愿者服务过程与志愿者待遇之间的内在机理,归结奥运会志愿者服务效果的关键环节和控制枢纽,为2008北京奥运会志愿服务行为提供理论支持,对2008年北京奥运会志愿者行为实施过程具有借鉴意义。尽管志愿者的行为具有奉献性和无偿性的一面,但漠视志愿者行为背后的利益述求,忽视志愿者待遇对于志愿者行为会产生十分重大的影响。成功举办奥运会国家的事实表明,奥组委在志愿者组织方面遵循着管理、培训、精神满足、物质帮助等方面综合考虑志愿者的待遇问题,确保志愿者安全、热情、专业、高效地投入工作,这些为我国2008北京奥运志愿服务工作的顺利开展提供参考价值。
Adopted the methods of documentary analysis, expert interview, and demonstration analysis, based on the analysis of the process of volunteer service for the past few Olympic Games, this study explored the behaviors and influential factors of the volunteers, in order to reveal the internal relationship between the volunteer service and the treatment for volunteers and to provide experience on the process and the effect of volunteer service for the 2008 Beijing Olympic Games, and provide the theoretical and practical foundation for treating the volunteer well. Beijing Olympic Committee abides by the rttles of management training spiritual contentment and material support according to the countries which successfully held the Olympic Games, thereby fully considering the treatment for volunteers and make sure that the volunteers can do their work safely, enthusiastically, professionally and effectively. It is anticipated to provide precious experience for the Volunteer Service of 2008 Beijing Olympic Games.
