医务人员参与体育健身活动状况的调查研究——以浙江省为例

An Investigation on the Situation of Medical Staffs' Sport Participation in Zhejiang Province

运用问卷调查、访谈等研究方法,对浙江省医务人员参与体育健身活动的现状进了抽样调查。结果发现:1)医务人员认知态度积极,锻炼行为相对滞后;2)在活动组织形式上,医务人员以个人锻炼为主要;在活动场所上,以公园景区、住宅小区和公共体育场所为主。3)浙江省医务人员参与体育活动的情况不容乐观,能经常性地参与体育锻炼的人比率不高;没有闲暇时间、工作忙、压力大、家务劳动、照顾教育子女、没有场地是制约他们参与体育活动的主要因素。

Adopted the methods of questionnaire, and interview, this study conducted an investigation by random with a focus on the current situation of sport participation of medical staffs in Zhejiang Province. The results of this study indicated that 1） the cognition and attitude of medical staffs were active, however, exercise behavior relatively lagged; 2） in the view of activity form, the main form of sport participation was the individual exercise; The settings of sports participation included park, residential district and commonality ground ; 3） the current situation of sport participation of medical staffs in Zhejiang Province is not optimized; the ratio of staffs regularly participating in sports is not very high; the main factors that restricted the staff taking part in sports included lack of leisure time, being busy with job, with great occupational stress, house work, taking care of children, and lack of sport ground.
