骨骼肌肥大动物模型的研究及其应用评价 被引量:1

Review on Research Progress on Animal Models of Studies on Exercise-induced Skeletal Muscle Hypertrophy

摘要 采用文献资料法,对近年来骨骼肌肥大动物模型的研究现状进行了综述,同时对各种骨骼肌肥大动物模型分别从训练的相似性、运动负荷、肥大效果、运动维持方式以及训练时间安排等方面进行了分析和比较,总结出各模型的优点与不足。建议在骨骼肌肥大研究中,根据不同的研究需要和各类模型的特点,取长补短,进行模型复制。 By using the method of documentary analysis, this paper makes a summary on the current situation of the studies in relation to the different types of animal models. Meanwhile, this study conducted an analysis and comparison on the animal model with a focus on the similarities between animal training and human training, training load, the extend of hypertrophy, types of domestication and schedule of training. The advantage and disadvantage of these models are summarized. It is suggested that researchers who study exercise-induced skeletal muscle hypertrophy should choose model to simulate base on the experimental need and the character of these models.
