摘要
通过硅氢化反应研究硅碳型聚氨酯泡沫塑料有机硅匀泡剂合成工艺条件。在Karstedt催化剂作用下,使含硅氢聚硅氧烷和含烯丙基聚醚进行硅氢化反应,最佳反应温度应控制在110~120℃;使用络合型Karstedt催化剂后,铂用量减少至10μg(Pt)/g以下,产品质量指标提高。
By hydrosilation reaction,the technological conditions for synthesis organosilicon foam stabilizers of polyurethane foams were studied. By Karstedt catalyst, Si-C foam stabilizers were synthesized by hydrosilication of allyl polyether and polyhydrosiloxanes. The optimized reaction temperature is in the rangs of 110~120 ℃ . After using the complex Karstedt catalyst,the amoun of catalyst Pt is reduced to 10μg(Pt)/ g, the quality index of Si-C toam stabilizers is improved.
