Reformation of interlock of cutter in extruder system for ABS plant

对中国石油吉林石化公司合成树脂厂挤出机系统切粒机开盖连锁存在的问题进行了分析,并结合现场实际情况,采用新型检测元件对该连锁进行了技术改造。该方案不仅在挤出机系统中可以推广运用,而且在类似的实际应用中同样具有重要的借鉴意义。

The problem that may be presant to open cover interlock of cutter in the extruder system for our ABS plant was analysed . According to the practical situation in situ, the interlock was reformed, and a new type check element was adopted. Not only the new project can be applied in the extruder system, but alos it should have important significance to use for reference in similar application.
