摘要
目的:研究诺氟沙星在玻碳电极上的电化学行为并对其含量进行测定。方法:在氨-氯化铵底液中,以扫描电压范围为0^-1.2V,扫描速度为50mV.s-1,在电化学工作站上进行循环伏安实验和本体电解。结果:诺氟沙星在玻碳电极上产生一灵敏的还原峰,峰电位为-1.1V(vs.Ag/AgC l)。诺氟沙星在玻碳电极上的还原是一个两电子的不可逆过程。诺氟沙星在1×10-4~5×10-6mol.L-1浓度范围内与还原峰电流呈良好的线性关系,检测限为6×10-7mol.L-1。结论:对诺氟沙星样品进行测定,获得满意结果,为NFLX提供了一种简单有效的检测方法。
Objectives: To study the electrochemical behaviour of norfloxacin on glassy carbon electrode and its analytical application. Methods: the cyclic voltammetry was performed in ammonia - ammonium chloride buffer at scan rate of 50mV·s^-1 in the range of 0~-1.2V. Results: A sensitive reductive peak was obtained at -1.1V(vs. Ag/AgCl); The results of bulk electrolysis with coulometry show that the reduction of norfloxacin on glassy carbon is irreversible with two electrons; The reduetive peak current is proportional to the concentration over the range 1×10^-4~5×10^-6mol·L^-1 and the limit of detetion is 6×10^-7mol·L^-1. Conclusion: The method was developed for the direct determination of norfloxacin in capsule and obtained good results.
