彩超对睾丸微石症的诊断价值

High-frequency Sonographic Appearance of Testicular Microlithiasis

目的：探讨彩超诊断睾丸微石症（TM）的临床价值.方法：应用彩超诊断17例TM,观察其二维声像图及彩色多普勒血流表现.结果：TM的典型超声表现为睾丸实质内可见均匀散在的似针尖样点状强回声,后方无声影,直径0.6～1.7mm.TM患者彩色多普勒血流均无特征性的表现.结论：TM具有特征性的声像图表现,彩超可确诊.

Objective： To investigate the clinical value of high - frequency sonography in diagnosis of testicular microlithiasis （TM）. Methods： 21 cases with TM were diagnosed with high - frequency sonography, observe the sonographie appearance of two - dimensional echogram and color Doppler flow imaging （CDFI）. Results： TM has some typical sonographie appearance. There were lots of small hyperechoic which like needle tip, uniformity and diffusely distribute in the Inval testis, 0.6～1.7mm in diameter, without acaustic shadow. There were no characteristic sonographie appearance with CDFI in TM. Conclusions： TM has characteristic sonographic appearance, so it can be diagnosed by high - frequency sonography correctly.
