膨胀柔性石墨块制备及其结构表征 被引量:2

摘要 单独用浓硝酸或浓硫酸在常温下浸泡柔性石墨,可得到可膨胀柔性石墨,它在合适的膨胀温度下处理,可制成外形完整的膨胀柔性石墨块。研究结果表明:构成膨胀柔性石墨块体的石墨晶体,其C轴基本上处于同一平面内,在保证其外形完整的情况下,柔性石墨中的石墨晶体在膨胀过程中不能充分自由膨胀,无论是比表面积还是中微孔孔容,膨胀柔性石墨块都明显低于普通膨胀石墨。在较小孔径范围内孔的形态基本上是一端封闭的孔,而在较大孔径范围内则存在更多开放型通孔。 Expandable flexible graphite (EFG) sheets can be obtained in case of concentrated sulfuric acid or concentrated nitric acid used as interealating agent alone. The expanded flexible graphite blocks (EFGs) with intact appearance can be prepared by treating EFG sheets under suitable temperature. The results show that the C-axises of graphite crystals which compose EFGs are basically in one plane. The graphite crystals in flexible graphite sheets can't expand adequately in order to keep the intact appearance of EFGs. The BET specific surface area and meso-micropore volume of EFGs are lower than that of normal expanded graphite (EG) evidently, For meso-micropores with lower pore width,most meso-micropores of EFGs are blind pores. For meso-micropores with higher pore width,some meso-micropors of EFGs are interconnected pores.
