石英微粉提纯研究

Study on Edulcoration of Sillica Powder

介绍了石英砂提纯技术的发展现状,针对信阳石英微粉,采用先加浮选剂浮选,再以混酸处理的方法脱除杂质元素,使石英中SiO2的含量达到99.98%,满足了工业上对高纯石英砂的要求。

In this paper the recent development on purification process of quartz sand are reviewed and the concentrates of purifying the quartz sand powder from Xinyang are studied. The experimental results show that the high purity quartz sand can be obtained by flotation with the special flotation agent and acid leaching, the purity of SiO2 can reach above 99.98%.
