摘要
目的改进二苯美仑及其同类物的合成工艺。方法以苯甲醇、苯酚为起始原料,在催化剂活性Al2O3存在下,通过Claisen重排反应得到关键中间体2-苄基苯酚,再经过醚化、胺化、酸化反应得到一种新型结构的二苯美仑类化合物。结果反应过程经优化使中间体2-苄基苯酚产率较文献提高8%。结论合成的新化合物经IR1、HNMR、元素及质谱分析得到确证。
Objective To improve the synthetic technology of bifemelane and its analog. Methods From benzyl alcohol and phenol, a key intermediate 2-benzylphenol was synthesized hy Claisen rearrangement reaction in the presence of activated alumina, the analog of bifemelane with new structure was prepared by etherification,arnination and acidification. Results The yield of 2-benzylphenol increased by 8 % compared to the former reported value through optimizing the synthetic method. Conclusion The chemical structures of the synthetic compound are determined by IR,^1HNMR,elementary analysis and mass spectrum.
