放疗失败宫颈鳞癌标本的微血管检测及其意义

摘要 目的探讨宫颈鳞癌组织中微血管密度(MVD)与放疗失败的关系。方法用免疫组化SP法测定71例放疗失败的宫颈鳞癌患者病检标本MVD,并与71例同期放疗治愈的宫颈鳞癌患者病检标本MVD进行比较。结果放疗失败组在放疗前的微血管平均值为24.6±11.7,治愈组为23.7±11.2,两组比较P>0.05,无显著性差异;肿瘤直径≥4 cm组MVD为27.12±13.55,该值大于肿瘤直径<4 cm组的19.77±9.85,P<0.05;Ⅱ期患者的MVD为19.64±8.24,小于Ⅲ期的32.12±15.57,P<0.05。结论MVD可能通过影响临床分期和肿瘤大小而影响宫颈鳞癌放疗的预后。当肿瘤大小和分期一致时,MVD不会影响预后。 Objective To explore the correlations between the microvessel density(MVD) and radiotherapy failure in squamous carcinoma of cervix. Methods Specimens of 71 radiotherapy failure of squamous carcinoma of cervix and control group were studied by immunohistochemical staining for MVD. Results The average MVD was 24.6 ± 11.7 in radiotherapy failure group and 23.7 ± 11.2 in control group. There was no significant difference between the two groups (P 〉0.05). Counts of microvessel in stageⅢ (32.12 ± 15.57) were significantly higher than those of stage Ⅱ (19.64 ± 8.24), P〈0. 05. Counts of microvessel in masses≥4 cm in diameter larger (27.12± 13.55) were significantly higher than that of masses 〈4 cm in diameter smaller (19.77 ±9.85) ,P〈0.05. Conclusions Although the study did not show significant differences of MVD between radiotherapy failure group and curable group. Further study by uniform analysis method is needed for the limited cases.
