摘要 在明确了水资源承载能力和承载水平关系的条件下,对水资源承载水平进行分析,提出水资源承载水平随经济社会发展、人民生活状况的改善而不断提高,进而提出承载水平的分级标准和计算方法。最后以海南省为实例进行了计算,确定了海南省不同承载水平下的指标值,并计算出海南相应水平下的可承载人口和经济规模,为区域决策提供了理论依据。 This paper makes analyses of carrying levels on the basis of identification of the relationship between carrying capacity and carrying level of water resources, and puts forward that the carrying capacity of water resources is enhanced with the social economic development and the improvement of living condition. This article also further expounds grading criteria and calculating method for carrying capacity at different levels. At last, the paper takes Hainan Province as an example to calculate indices at different carrying levels, and the population and GDP scales at different levels to provide the theoretical decision support for the area development.
