肉仔鸡皮肤黄色素沉积规律分析 被引量:3

摘要 选择1日龄肉仔鸡公雏180只,分别在第6、12、18、24、30、36和42日龄时取样分析皮肤的黄度值(b值),研究公肉仔鸡在42天内不同部位皮肤的黄色素沉积规律。结果表明:①不同部位皮肤黄色素沉积能力以胫部最强,其次为腹部、胸部、颈部和翅部,以腿部最弱;②不同部位皮肤黄色素沉积均有一个先升后降的过程,以背部最先到达峰值,其次为腿外、翅外、腿内、翅内、颈背、颈腹和胸部,胫部到达峰值时间最长;③全身各部位皮肤黄度变化规律均以多项式回归拟合度最高。 This experiment was conducted to study yellow pigmentation of male broiler of 0 to 42 days old.180 oneday-old male broilers were used and skin samples were taken at 6,12,18,24,30,36,42 days old to measure yellowness value (b value).The results showed that:①the shank skin had the strongest ability of yellow pigmentation,the next in turn was the skin of the abdomen,breast,neck and wing,the leg skin was weakest;②the yellow pigmentation had a process of ascending before descending.The back skin reached the peak firstly,then the leg-outside,wing-outside,leg-inside,wing-inside,neck-outside and neck-inside and breast,and shank skin was the last to reach the peak; ③the multinomial regressions were the best for the variation of skin yellow pigmentation of male broiler.
