摘要
选用边麻(BM)、小麻(XM)、大麻(DM)三个杂交组合商品代鸡各180只为研究对象,采用常规方法饲养至90日龄时,每个组合随机抽取40只,公母各半,进行屠宰性能测定;同时取胸肌和腿肌测定肌肉品质。结果表明,边麻组合的屠宰性能优于小麻组合,小麻组合优于大麻组合;肌肉品质,边麻组合优于大麻和小麻组合。
The carcass performance and meat quality of three cross combinations of Shanxi Ma chicken aged 90 days were studied. The results indicated that the carcass performance of BM combination was much better than XM, and XM was superior to DM. It also showed that meat quality of BM was the best among three combinations.
