贵阳市售蔬菜重金属含量状况的分析与评价

Analysis and Evaluation on Heavy metal Contents of Commercial Vegetables in Guiyang

为了解贵阳市市售蔬菜的重金属污染情况,采用国家标准规定的食品中重金属含量的测定方法,对贵阳市4个蔬菜批发市场销售的蔬菜进行抽样检测。结果表明:4个批发市场蔬菜的砷、铅、汞、镉、铬、铜几种主要重金属含量平均值均低于相应的食品卫生标准,只有某些蔬菜品种存在重金属含量超标现象,超标率均不高。因此,从重金属污染这个角度来说,贵阳市售的蔬菜基本上是安全的,消费者可以放心消费。

The commercial vegetables from four vegetable markets in Guiyang were determined to investigate the pollution situation of heavy metals in the commercial vegetables by the standard determination method. The results show that the average value of main heavy metals （As, Hg, Pb, Cd, Cr and Cu） in the vegetables is lower than the relation standard and the heavy metal content of some vegetable varieties is slightly higher than the standard only, which indicates that the commercial vegetable on Guiyang markets is safety from the angle of heavy metal pollution.
