脑室内肿瘤的MRI表现(附32例分析)

MR manifestations of cerebral ventricular tumors.

目的:探讨脑室内肿瘤的MRI特征,提高对脑室内肿瘤的诊断和鉴别诊断水平。方法:回顾性分析32例经手术病理证实的脑室内肿瘤的MRI表现。结果:脑膜瘤11例,室管膜瘤13例,脉络丛乳头状瘤5例,畸胎瘤3例。结论:MRI对脑室内肿瘤定位准确,且可显示肿瘤的不同特点及继发改变,是目前脑室内肿瘤最好的检查方法。

Objective To explore the MR. manifestations of cerebral ventricular tumors, and to improve the dignosis and differerial diagnosis level. Method 32 cases of cerebral ventricular tumors confirmed by operations and pathology were analyzed retrospectively by MRI. Results 11 cases were meningioma, 13 cases were ependymoma, 5 cases were choroid plexus papilloma, and 3 cases were teratoma. Conclusion MRI can locate the cerebral ventricular tumors accurately, and can show different characters and secondary changes of the tumors. It is one of the best examination methods for cerebral ventricular tumors.
