老年糖尿病合并感染的临床特征与治疗

The clinical feature and treatment to agedness diabetes incorporating infections

目的:加强对老年糖尿病合并感染的诊断与治疗。方法:收集近4年来收治的老年糖尿病合并感染的病人进行总结。结果:老年糖尿病病人对血糖控制不理想,易造成多脏器损害。感染以G-菌为主,抗感染要采用降阶梯治疗。结论:老年糖尿病病人抵抗力差易造成感染,引发多脏器衰竭。尽早预测受损因素,合理使用抗生素,能延长老年糖尿病人的健康水平。

Objective To emphasis treatment to merging symptom of aged debates. Method Last 4 year＇s aged merging symptom debates inpatients were collected and summarized. Results Blood sugar of aged debates inpatients was unsatisfactorily controlled to cause multiple organ damages. Infections merely caused by negative G bacterium, down-step-treatment should be adopted to anti-infection. Conclusion Forecasting damage factor and using antibiotics fairly will prolong health level of aged debates.
