骨折撬拨微创复位固定器的临床研究

摘要 目的:探讨自行研制的骨折撬拨微创复位固定器、对于微小骨折的临床疗效。方法:在C型臂机或X光机下,用撬拨微创复位固定器及克氏针经皮对准骨折块,根据不同部位、形状及移位情况,采用撬、拨、推、顶等手法,使骨折块达到复位,再直接由克氏针钻入骨折块部固定,针尾折弯埋入皮下。结果:使用49例,复位满意47例,不满意2例,其中肱骨内、外髁骨折14例,尺骨鹰嘴骨折3例,足内、外髁骨折27例,足跖骨基底部骨折5例,均因各种外伤所致,治疗结果均优良。结论:撬拨微创复位固定器采用微创入路,借助手法复位,并直接穿针内固定,使骨折达到手术治疗效果,而无手术所致各种弊病,不失为具有科学实用,简便经济,深受病人欢迎的新方法,但存在着局限性,操作需熟练,尚待进一步改进。
