后路手术治疗胸腰椎爆裂骨折并脊髓损伤的临床观察

摘要 目的:本文旨在对32例手术病例的临床疗效进行初步总结和分析。方法:2001年-2005年1月,采用后路手术内固定治疗胸腰椎爆裂骨折并脊髓损伤。结果:本组病例术后均无神经症状加重或出现新的神经症状。矫正度丢失:术后8个月伤椎前缘高度平均丢失0.5mm,矫正角平均丢失5.20。结论:脊髓损伤症状轻、椎管内占位及伤椎塌陷轻的病例可行单纯后路切开复位椎弓根部内固定,不做椎板切除减压。反之,则仍需充分减压,行次环形或环形减压。
