摘要
对于采用两种回火冷却速度的试样,进行系列温度夏氏冲击试验,研究了耐压壳体用新型高强度、高韧性、可焊接结构钢10CrNi4MoV的回火脆性倾向。结果表明:该钢在缓慢冷却条件下有一定程度的回火脆性。本文还采用扫描电镜、透射电镜对其机制进行了探讨。
The temper brittleness of 10CrNi4MoV steel for an inner hull as a new weldable structural steel with high strength and toughness is studied through Charpy impact tests at series temperatures.The results indicate that this steel exhibites temper brittleness to some extent under show cooling conditions. This paper also gives an approarch to the mechanism of temper brittleness by using SEM and TEM.
