摘要
采用盐析、萃取、柱层析等生物化学方法,从牛、羊胆汁中提取出了有效成分甘氨胆酸,并采用薄层层析法及薄层扫描法进行定量、定性检测,测得甘氨胆酸的纯度可达98%以上,牛羊胆汁甘氨胆酸的回收率分别为64%和62%。
Glycocholic Acid（GCA） was extracted and purified from Bovine and sheep bile by using the biochemistry techniques such as salting - out, extraction, dehydration, silica gel separation, and the qualitative and quantitative analysis of GCA were performed by using thin-layer chromatography. The purity of GCA was reached to 98% ,and reclaim rate was 64% and 62% .
