This article,taking an example of Nanjing which is located in delta region in Yangtze River with rapid economic development, set forth an urban land evaluation information system. The system is established by MapX components and the interface of spatial data in Oracle Spatial according to the combination with the methods of Remain and Comparision, and.It is proved to be convenient and effective by the practice that the way of developing intergrated GIS technology, which provide the approach and experience to set up the information framework of urban land evaluation and analysis.
