摘要
主要介绍了利用高精度温度传感器LM35以及V/I变换芯片构建的温度检测系统,实现了远距离的温度检测以及信号传输,对温度值的处理采用了PC屏幕和数码管的双重显示.巧妙借用PLC的1个模拟通道,简化了电路的设计.经过实际应用表明,此方法构建了实用的温度检测系统.
The temperature measurement system with high-accuracy temperature sensor LM35 and V/I conversion chip is created to realize long distance transmission of temperature signal. The display of temperature can be viewed on both the CRT screen and nixie tube. An analogy channel of PLC is smartly used to simplify the circuit design. The practical application reveals that this method can generate an applied temperature measurement system.
