汽轮机高压缸温差大的原因分析及其改造

Reason Analysis on Excessive Temperature Difference between Cylinders of Steam Turbine and Transformation of Cylinders

经分析找出了高压缸内外缸温差大的原因；对高中压调门杆、轴封漏气、汽缸夹层用汽的投入、汽缸高压本体疏水进行了改造，采用了一些优化方法，磷而有效地控制了温差，取得了非常明显的效果。

Based on analysis ,the reason of the excessive temperature difference between the inside and outside of HP cylinders is found out ;the certain aspects ,containning the HP-MP regulating valve rods ,the leakage of axial seal, the control of the steam in cylinder interlayer, the drain of water in HP cylinder stator etc. ,is improved, some optimizing methods is adapted. Therefore, the temperature difference is effectively controlled. The effect of improving is quite obvious.
