试论实现农业“第二个飞跃”的障碍性因素

邓小平提出农业“两个飞跃”思想,为我国农业发展指明了方向。其中,农业“第二个飞跃”即社会主义农业现代化,是我国农业发展的必然趋势。为了实现农业“第二个飞跃”,必须消除体制性障碍、政策性障碍、理论性障碍、观念性障碍、素质性障碍。

The “Two Leaps” of agriculture, put forward by Deng Xiaopin, directs the development orientation of agriculture explicitly. Thereinto,“the second leap” of agriculture, namely socialist agriculture modernization, is the certain trend of agricultural development. In order to realize the “the second leap” of agriculture ,we have to explode the system obstacle, policy obstacle, theoretic obstacle, idealistic obstacle and qualityoriented obstacle.
