With the development of the technology, the electronic motor is widely used in the industrial and agricultural sectors. But the revolution of the electronic motor has to be adjusted with the different technical requirement in the production. The range of adjustment varies according to the different requirements for the processing machines. The problem about how to improve the functions of the speed adjustment for the asynchronous electronic motor is discussed in this paper. And the application of the frequency conversion and speed adjustment in the coal transporting system are studied in this apaer, too.
