本文通过实证分析表明:农民受教育程度与科技应用能力呈正相关关系;亲友在农民应用农业科技发展生产过程中具有重要的作用;农民农业科技创新能力普遍低下,严重阻碍了我国农业从传统走向现代的进程。加强农民教育,提高农民科技文化素质,放大亲友在农业科技应用中的作用,是提高农民科技应用能力的关键所在。

The empirical analysis shows the educational level is positive in the ability to use the agriculture technology. Relatives play a very important role when using the high agriculture technology. The farmers＇ ability of innovation for agriculture technology is low, which hinders the process of agriculture from tradition to modernization. To improve the ability of farmers to use the agriculture technology asks for emphasizing rural education, improving the farmers＇quality in agricultural science and technology, amplifying the function of the relatives in using agriculture technology.
