P 91钢材的可焊性相对较差,若焊接工艺控制不严,易产生裂纹、未熔等危害性缺陷;超声波在P 91钢中的声速也与普通的碳钢声速有所不同,对于P 91钢焊缝的检测应注意缺陷的定位。
The fabrication weldability of P91 Steel is relatively poor. If weld process control is not strict,the work pieces are prone to crack or to produce unmelted defects, and the ultrasonic speed in P91 steel is different from that in general steel too. Therefore,the location of defects must be noticed in the examination of welded seam of p91 steel.
