糖尿病患者外周血白细胞GSK-3及MMSE的测定 被引量:5

摘要 目的检测糖尿病患者外周血白细胞GSK-3的活性以探讨糖尿病患者併发阿尔茨篋?病的可能发病机制。方法选择Ⅱ型糖尿病患者42例及健康体检者31例为对照组。分别检测其外周血白细胞GSK-3的活性;同时测评其MMSE评分;并比较两组酶活性及MMSE评分情况。结果外周血白细胞GSK-3活性糖尿病组明显高于与对照组;而MMSE评分糖尿病组明显低于对照组;差异有显著性意义。结论糖尿病患者外周血白细胞GSK-3的活性明显增高,GSK-3的活性增高可以导致微管相关蛋白tau过度磷酸化及β淀粉样蛋白过度堆聚,从而诱发阿尔茨海默病。 Objective To discuss the relationship between Diabetes Mellitus and Alzheimer's disease through investigating the activity of glycogen synthase kinase-3 in peripheral leucocyte. Methods The activity of glycogen synthase kinase-3 in peripheral leucocyte were tested in forty-two DM patients and thirty-one healthy volunteers as well as the MMSE was valuated. Results The activity of GSK-3 in DM group was higher significantly than that in control and the valuation of MMSE in DM group was less significantly than that in control. Conclusions The overactivity of GSK-3 might be one of important factors and lead to tau hyperphosphorylation , Aβ overproduction, which contributed to Alzheimer' s disease.
