精神专科医院感染现患率调查分析

An investigation and analysis on the hospital infection and present infection rate in psychiatry hospital

目的通过现患率调查,发现目前精神专科医院感染发生的特点和医院感染管理中存在的问题,以改进预防和控制措施。方法统一培训调查人员,床边询问病史、体格检查与在架病历调查相结合,填写统一的个案调查表,对调查日处于医院感染状态的病例进行统计分析。结果应查病例375人,实查352人,实查率93.87%。发生医院感染29例,30例次,医院感染现患率为8.24%,例次现患率为8.52%,高于日常医院感染调查结果。医院感染部位以呼吸道及胃肠道为主,年龄、病程及病情是医院感染的相关因素。结论医院感染现患率调查有利于发现医院感染管理中存在的问题,为制定精神专科医院感染监控措施提供可靠依据。

Objective To study the characters of hospital infection and the existing problems of hospital infection government so as to improve prevention and control measures. Methods Investigator were unified and trained to collect about history, physical examination and cases investigation. The case investigation table was filled up. The hospital infection cases were counted and analyzed. Results 352 cases were investigated of all 375 cases with the present investigating rate 93.87 %. 29 cases were found hospital infection with the present infection rate 8.24% （8.52 % per case per time）, which was higher than that of the ordinary hospital. The positions of hospital infection were mainly in respiratory tracts and digest tube. The age, course and condition were the relative factors of hospital infection. Conclusions The investigation of present hospital infection rate is useful for finding the existing problem of hospital infection government, so as to provide reference for making out supervision and control measures of preventing hospital infection in psychiatry hospital.
