摘要
对中越边境文山段的历史考察表明,跨界民族的利益与边境的巩固和发展密不可分,因而不能像清政府那样撇开跨界民族群众利益而欲达到“靖地方事”的目的。边界少数民族过去是、现在仍是保卫边疆、巩固国防的有生力量。
From the angle of history, the interest of crossing - border ethnic groups is closely related to the stability and development in the boundary areas. The ethnic groups in the area bordered with Vietnam were, are and will be the effective strength to protect the security of the boundary areas and the Nation.
