Whether the Real Law Adopt the Principle of Common Acceptance and Equal Protection?

物权法必须对我国目前存在的各种类型的财产所有权在法律上给予平等的承认和保护。在我国,公共财产和私有财产之间的关系应该是内在和谐的,而不是相互矛盾的,不存在私有财产增加了公共财产就肯定减少的必然性。对现在我国存在的贫富差距的问题,应该从社会保障法制建设的角度予以解决。

The Real Law must give common legal acceptance and equal legal protection to the various property ownership. In our country, the relationship between common property and separate property should be harmonious inherently, not be contrary. Considering the problem of the existent gap between the rich and the poor, we should solve it by building the legal system of social guarantee.
