用计算机与传统方法测定明视持久度在实验教学中的对比研究

Comparative study of the visuognosis persistence test with the computer and conventional methods in experimental teaching

为了提高实验教学手段，采用计算机和传统方法进行明视持久度测定，结果经统计分析表明，两种方法间有很好的相关性（P〈0．01）。用计算机测定明视持久度，条件容易控制，较少受主观因素影响，结果准确，测试效率高，有益于提高实验课教学质量，能够激发学生的学习热情和科研兴趣。

To improve the means of experimental teaching, the software system and conventional test method were adopted to measure the visuog＇nosis persistence. Through analysis, two different testing methods showed good correlation（ P 〈 0.01 ）. The method using computer for visuognosis persistence is easily controlled, with objectivity, veracity and high efficiency. The method may be beneficial to improve the experimental teaching means and to stimulate the interests of students for scientific study and research.
