摘要
从污闪形成的气象条件和四个阶段较详细地叙述了污闪的成因，提出了具体的防污闪措施，井指出只要措施与方法得当，管理到位，预防事故的发生是有可能的。
Based on meteorological conditions in sparking due to pollution and four stages, the work describes in detail the reasons of sparking. It proposes measures protecting sparking due to pollution. Adopting proper measures and methods, it is possib1e to protect the accidents.
