In order to carry out the principles of circular economy, the chemical industry should replace the traditional way of ＂firstly develop- ing economy and then treating for environment＂ with the mode of＂Green Production＂. The article introduces the practice and exploration of Shang- hai Chemical Industry Park and Huayi Group in developing circular economy.
