当代课程的本质不是知识，也不是经验。当代新课程是在一定培养目标指引下，由系列化的课程目标、课程内容及学习活动方式组成的，具有复杂结构与运行活力的，用以促进学生各项基本素质主动发展的指南。
The essence of current curriculum is neither knowledge nor experience. The current new curriculum is constituted by a series of curriculum objectives, curriculum contents and the ways of learning guided by certain educational goals. It has a complicated structure and operational vigor. It is a guide for the active development of students＇ basic qualities.
