解决农民工工资问题的思考与对策

THOUGHTS COUNTER MEASURES FOR SOLVING THE ISSUE OF FARMER WORKERS WAGES

指出农民工工资问题表现在收入水平低,克扣和拖欠工资问题仍很严重等4个方面；造成农民工工资偏低和拖欠主要有我国劳动力总体上供过于求等原因；提出了切实加强“劳动法”等法律宣传,加大执法力度,进一步完善最低工资制度等建议。

This paper points out that the issue of farmer workers wages is mainly exists in the low income level, skimping payment delaying etc. 4 fields. The reasons for the issue of low--income level and payment delaying are supply of labor force in China as a whole is large then demand. This paper also puts forward suggestions as strengthening the propaganda of Labor Law other laws, reinforce the law implementation and further perfecting the lowest wage system, etc..
