摘要
该文从4个方面阐述了省域经济的特殊性：区域内社会、历史背景具有相对统一性；经济发展相对独立性及经济功能的不完善性；相对统一的市场及政策环境和较大的内部区域经济差距；社会经济发展目标的不明确性和复杂性。
This paper expounds the particularities of provincial economics from 4 fields： social and historical background within the region possesses comparative unification; the relative independence of economic development and faultiness of economic function; relatively unified markets and policy environment and fairly bigger economic differences within the region; unclearness of social economic development targets and their complexity.
