研究了不同规格二氧化硅和胶粘剂对喷墨打印PVC证卡涂层的影响,优选出一种二氧化硅和聚乙烯醇(PVA)胶粘剂,并通过在涂层中添加聚丙烯酸酯乳液和明胶解决了打印质量覆膜牢度低和涂层龟裂问题。

One types of porosity silica and polyvinyl alcohol（PVA）were used in the coating, high image quality and high peeling force were obtained by incorporating acrylic copolymer resins and gelatin in the coating.
