八角茴香的红外光谱鉴定与气相色谱-质谱分析 被引量:11

摘要 目的对各地12个市售八角茴香样品进行真伪鉴定,并对5个样品挥发油中的反式茴香醚、柠檬烯和芳樟醇等24种化学成分进行含量测定。方法采用傅立叶变换红外光谱法(FTIR)和气相色谱-质谱法(GC—MS)。结果6个样品是八角茴香的果实,其它均掺有伪品;5个样品挥发油中反式茴香醚的含量为65.87%~87.04%。结论FTIR法可快捷、准确地鉴别八角茴香及其掺伪品,且所得图谱具有指纹特征。GC—MS法能以挥发油中茴香醚及芳樟醇的含量为指标很好地控制药材的质量。 Objective To identify and determine compositions of Fructus Anisi Stellati from eight different regions of China. Methods Market sold 12 species of Fructus Anisi Stellati were identified and determined transanethole , limonene , linalool and other 23 kinds of composition of the volatile oils in five batches of samples by mean of fourier transform infrared spectroscopy( FTIR) and GC-MS. Results It had been shown that six batches samples were genuine Illicium verum Hook. f. ,and other were confusion species; transanethole of the volatile oils was determined was 65.87%-87.04% in five batches of sampies. Conclusion Based on results of the method, it was shown that had got characteristic corresponding to spectrum of fingerprint of transanethole and linalool . This method can be used accurately control the quality of crude drugs by GC-MS.
