核桃仁提取物抗脑衰老作用的实验研究 被引量:34

摘要 目的比较三种核桃仁提取物的抗衰老作用。方法颈背皮下注射5%D-半乳糖(0.5 mL/d)建立衰老模型,用自制的核桃仁水提物、乙醇提物、丙酮提物(4 g/kg)连续给小鼠灌胃用药30 d,并用灌胃生理盐水组作正常对照。结果核桃仁丙酮提物能显著提高脑组织中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)的活性(P<0.01),明显提高过氧化氢酶(CAT)、过氧化物酶(POD)的活性(P<0.05),同时能明显减少脑组织中过氧化脂质(LPO)的形成。结论核桃仁丙酮提物具有较好的消除自由基、抗衰老的作用。 Objective Methods The brain aging To compare antiaging model was established effect of brain from three by subcutaneous injection extracts of Semen juglandis. of 5.0 % D galactose on the back near neck of mice (0.5 mL · d^-1 ). The model group was treated by oral administrated the extracts of water, ethanol and acetone of Semen juglandisat , respectively , in the amount of 4.0 g daily per kilo of body weight for 30 days. The control group was given NS successively for 30 days. Results The result showed that the acetone extract could significantly increase the activity of SOD and was capable of increased the activities of CAT and POD, it could also decrease the contents of LPO in the blood and brain. Conclusion It indicated that the acetone extract could scavenge oxygen free redicals and have antiaging effect.
