不同采收方法对灰毡毛忍冬药材质量的影响

Study on the Optimal Harvest Standards in the Collection Period of Lonicera macranthoides Hand.-Mazz.by RP-HPLC

目的研究不同采收方法对灰毡毛忍冬药材质量的影响。方法采用药材形态、采收期、开花率三种方法分别采样,观察药材形态并用RP-HPLC法测定其中绿原酸含量。结果以药材形态为采集方法所得到的样品中绿原酸含量最高,且各形态间有显著性差异。结论认为以药材形态做为采集方法最优。

Objective To study on the best harvest standard of Lonicera macranthoides Hand. -Mazz.. Methods It was used three marks of configuration, harvest period and bloomed ratio,to collect samples and determined the content of chlorogenic acid by RP-HPLC. Results Samples collected by the medicinal materials＂ configuration standard contained content rations had differ greatly. Conclusion Medicinal of chlorogenic acid was the highest, and among configumaterials＂ configuration is the best collection standard.
