摘要
目的建立蒲黄中总黄酮含量的HPLC测定法。方法蒲黄药材的甲醇提取物经盐酸水解后,用HPLC法测定三种苷元,并计算出总黄酮的含量。结果异鼠李素、山柰酚、槲皮素均呈良好的线性关系,三者的加样回收率分别为98.4%、102.8%、102.1%。结论与比色法测定结果基本一致,该法可作为蒲黄中总黄酮含量测定的方法。
Objective To establish the method to determine the contents of flavones in Pollen typhae. Methods The methanol extracts of P. typhae, were hydrolyzed with hydrogen chloride and contents of flavones were calculated from the results of three glycosides genine determined by HPLC. Results There were had a good liner relationship of isorhamnetin, kaempferol, and quecertin with the average recovery of 98.4 % ,102.8 %, 102.1%, respectively. Conclusion Comparing with the result of colorimetry method, this method was suitable for determination of flavones in Pollen typhae.
