RP-HPLC法测定银翘合剂中绿原酸的含量

Determination of Chlorgenic Acid in Yinqiao Mixture by RP-HPLC

目的建立反相高效液相色谱测定银翘合剂中绿原酸含量的方法。方法采用C18柱，以乙腈-0．4％磷酸溶液（11：89）为流动相，流速为1．0mL／min，检测波长为327nm，柱温为室温；结果绿原酸在0．1226～1.2256μg范围内线性良好，r=0．9999；平均加样回收率为99．16％，RSD为0．76％（n=5）；结论该方法快速简便，准确可靠，灵敏度高，可用于银翘合剂的质量控制。

Objective To establish the determination method of chlorogenic acid in Yinqiao mixture by RP-HPLC. Methods The separation was performed on C18 column with acetonitrile-0.1%phosphoric acid （11：89） as mobile phase and 1.0 mL · min^-1 of the flow rate ,the detection wavelength was at 327 um,the column temperature was room temperature. Results The linear range of chlorogenic acid was in the range of 0. 1226-1. 225 6μg,r=0. 999 9. The average recovery was 99.16%,and RSD was 0.76%（n=5）. Conclusion This method was rapid, sensitive and accurate, it can be used for quality control of Yinqiao mixture.
