摘要
巷道管棚钢格栅喷混凝土支护掘进方法是先沿巷道开挖断面安装导管,形成管棚假顶,在管棚假顶下采取短掘短砌,按1~2m间隔砌筑钢筋拱架,两钢筋拱架间又用栅状钢筋连接,钢格栅与开挖断面壁间空隙用毛石充填,最后喷混凝土固结钢筋拱架及栅状钢筋,形成管棚铜格栅喷混凝土支护。银厂坡矿斜坡道地质条件复杂,掘进难以成巷。经多方案比较,最终采用巷道管棚钢格栅喷混凝土支护方法。半年多实施情况表明,这种支护掘进方法解决了银厂坡矿斜坡道施工难题,对类似条件的巷道掘进有借鉴作用。
The tunnel tube awning steel grill with shotcrete support method is that:excavates the cross section along the tunnel to install the guide pipe first ,forms the tube awning vacation to go against, goes against in the tube awning vacation adopting short digs short builds. According to 1-2 meter, gap lays steel bar arch centering and between two steel bar arch centerings using the grid shape steel bar connects. The steel grill and excavating cross section gap is filled with the quarry stone. Finally spurts concrete to solidify the steel bar arch centering and the grid shape steel bar,forms the tube awning steel grill spurted concrete supports and protects. Yinchangpo mine ramp geology condition is complex, tunneling is difficult. After multi-plans comparison, the tunnel tube awning steel grill spurted concrete supports and protects method are used. More than half year implementations situations indicated that this kind support and protect tunneling method can solve Yinchangpo mine ramp construction problem and provide reference for other similar mines.
