对金川“十五”重点工程建设的管理实践进行了全面的分析和总结,提出了在“十一五”期间的重点工程建设中要推广和运用重点工程建设中所取得的成功的项目管理实践经验。结合公司实际,不断在项目管理上开拓、创新,重视项目管理及制度建设工作,从而对工程建设项目实现有效的安全、质量、投资和进度目标控制,确保公司的可持续发展。

The management practice ofJinehuan major project construction are introduced and summarized in this paper. Spreading and applying project management experience obtained in porject conatruetion are put foward. Combined with aetial situation, renewing project management and paying special attention to system construction ean realize the controlling of safety quality, investment and the schedule, and ensure the company continuous developing.
