技术创新项目选择作为发电设备制造企业的重大决策,其选择过程除了受项目自身技术水平的影响之外,还要受到其它诸多因素的制约,本文将其归纳为三个主要因素:政策因素、市场因素、企业战略、资源、能力因素,并逐一深入分析,以期为发电设备制造企业技术创新项目的正确选择提供参考。

As the decisive decision- making of power generating equipment manufacturers, the choice between technology innovation pro- jects is affected by a lot of factors besides the technology level of the project. This paper analyses three main factors： the policy factor, the market factor and the strategy/resource/ability of the enterprises to make reference for the objective choice between technology innovation projects.
