摘要
济南市水质净化二厂设计规模为20×10^4m^3/d,采用了DE型双沟式氧化沟工艺。介绍了其工艺流程、主要构筑物的特点及设计参数,并针对实际运行中存在的吸砂管路堵塞和能耗高等问题,论述了对沉砂池和氧化沟的技术改进措施,确定了最佳运行工况。经改造后不仅节省了运行维护费、降低了能耗,还提高了处理效率,出水BOD5为10mg/L、COD为50mg/L、SS为18mg/L、NH3-N为0.4~0.5mg/L、TP为1mg/L。
The Second Wastewater Treatment Plant in Jinan City uses the oxidation ditch process and its design capacity is 20 ×10^4 m^3/d. The process scheme, design data and main facilities are presented. Meanwhile, problems in operation such as sand pipeline jam of the grit chamber and high energy demands of the oxidation ditch, and measures taken to solve the problems are discussed. The optimum operating conditions are put forward. The results show that maintenance cost reduces and energy demands decreases. The concentrations of BODs, COD, SS, TP, and NH3 - N are 10 mg/L, 50 mg/L, 18 mg/L, 1.0 mg/L and 0.4 - 0.5 mg/L in the effluent, respectively.
