摘要
2005年末上海发生了聚乙烯(PE)管道爆管事故,分析结果表明,温差大、覆土施工质量差是造成爆管的主要原因。案例分析表明,PE管材的纵向回缩特性会对施工质量产生较大影响,在设计及施工中一定要考虑这一因素,要严格按照《埋地聚乙烯给水管道工程技术规程》组织施工,同时还要采取一定的措施预防管材的纵向回缩。
A break accident of PE pipes happened at the end of 2005 in Shanghai. Significant temperature difference and the worse construction quality of covering clay are the main reasons of the break accident. Case analyses show that the longitudinal reversion of PE pipe material has great effect on construction quality, thus it must be carefully considered in the design and construction. The construction should strictly abide by the Technical Specification of Buried PE Water Supply Pipe. Moreover, some measures should be taken to prevent the longitudinal reversion of PE pipe.
